1. If you are not already working with a real estate professional in your own area, I will gladly provide you with a referral to a suitable professional. To do this, I will need you to email me and tell me, at a minimum, your full name, the size and type of property you need, your basic financial situation (price range, whether you have prequalified/preapproved for a loan,), day and evening phone numbers that the agent can contact you at and any special considerations.

3. With general questions, please email me and I will try to answer your question as quickly as possible within the constraints of my own business which must be my priority. If you can include contact information, such as phone number and postal mail address, and any details of your situation, I can use these to try to make an appropriate referral. I can no longer afford to answer questions to out of state callers on my 800 number that are already adequately answered on this site or could be much better answered by a real estate agent or mortgage broker in your own area.
